Job summary

Manifest is seeking a resourceful Business Operations Associate to own projects across people operations, recruiting, vendors, systems, and company operations that keep the business moving forward. You’ll serve as connective tissue across the organization, partnering with teams to drive high-impact initiatives.

The right person is a generalist with a high bar for execution, is quick to learn, and comfortable taking on unfamiliar tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a fast-moving operations environment.
• Strong execution, organized, detail-oriented.
• Ability to build processes and automate with AI.
• Ability to manage vendors, IT, and HR inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Lead business operations and planning across Finance, Legal, IT, and partners, driving actionable insights.
• Drive special projects with timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Own onboarding, offboarding, and respond to employee questions on benefits and policies.
• Build dashboards and consolidate tools to create a single source of truth and scalable processes.
• Provide executive support, budgeting, and reporting for leadership reviews and fundraising.
