Phreesia is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across North America. You will own the full-cycle process, partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to define requirements and win great candidates.

In this remote role based in the New York Metro Area with occasional travel, you’ll mentor recruiters, shape search strategies, and drive data-driven improvements using Workday and AI-enabled tools, delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for senior or specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting.
• Lead end-to-end North America recruiting process for various roles.
• Shape the search strategy with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Partner with senior leaders on searches and hiring recommendations.
• Mentor and coach other recruiters.
• Guide business leaders on compensation and market trends.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and AI-enabled tools.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Keep stakeholders connected and communicate proactively.
• Use data to improve outcomes and create process standards in Workday.
