Silverlight Digital, LLC seeks a Head of Growth to lead the next phase of expansion in pharma-focused media. This senior leader owns net-new revenue and builds a scalable growth engine, reporting to the CEO.

The role is NYC-based with 80% remote work and attendance at conferences; the team meets in Manhattan about twice a month. The ideal candidate has deep pharma/healthcare experience, strong pipeline development, and a track record of closing complex opportunities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in pharma or healthcare advertising revenue.
• Proven track record closing complex deals and six-figure engagements.
• Strong senior-level relationships with pharma stakeholders and agencies.
• Experience managing long, multi-month sales cycles and defined pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Own pharma-focused business development strategy, targets, pipeline health, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships across pharma and healthcare marketing.
• Excel as a proactive hunter focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing new business.
• Identify high-value growth opportunities across pharma manufacturers and biopharma brands.
• Lead strategic new business from outreach through negotiation and close.
• Position the agency as a strategic partner and translate client challenges into opportunities.
