Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in a Business Development Representative role.
• Competitive nature with a strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals.
• Consistently meets or exceeds pre-assigned KPIs and activity targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a high-energy, ever-changing, dynamic sales environment.
• Quality- and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, e-commerce, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication skills that enable positive interaction with all levels and functions within the organization.
• Proven experience adapting and thriving in a constantly changing environment.
• Willingness to pick up the phone and cold call new prospects.
