Bradford Jacobs is a global business consultancy helping companies expand, hire, and manage talent across international markets with Employer of Record, payroll, and recruitment solutions. The role is fully remote and targets proactive outreach to senior decision-makers.

You will build prospect lists, perform multi-channel outreach, and set up qualified meetings for the senior commercial team, with training and ongoing coaching provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Confident speaking with people by telephone.
• Comfortable approaching senior decision-makers.
• Professional, clear, and persuasive communication skills.
• Commercially minded and interested in international business growth.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Detail-oriented when researching companies and recording information.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
• Conduct proactive outreach via telephone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Engage with senior professionals including HR leaders, founders, and finance executives.
• Introduce Bradford Jacobs services including international employment, EOR, payroll, and recruitment.
• Book qualified introductory meetings for the senior commercial team.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and responses within internal systems.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify high-engagement messages and channels.
• Support the testing and improvement of outreach messaging and sequences.
