Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is seeking a skilled Business Development Associate for a fully remote role supporting a global enterprise client base. You will manage early sales activities, conduct market and target account research, and engage prospects through multi-channel outreach to qualify opportunities for the senior BD team.

You will maintain Salesforce records, coordinate discovery meetings, and assist with proposal materials, PowerPoint presentations, and CRM reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Development or related B2B sales role.
• Experience with personalized outbound prospecting and account research.
• Strong English writing and speaking ability for professional communication.
• Proven ability to qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior executives.
• Ability to research organizations and tailor messaging to audiences.
• Proficient in creating client-facing PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns per Head of BD plans.
• Research target organizations and key decision-makers for outreach.
• Nurture relationships via multi-channel communication (LinkedIn, email, etc.).
• Manage outreach sequences and follow-ups to keep priority accounts engaged.
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate early Salesforce pipeline stages.
• Schedule discovery meetings and support proposal materials with design teams.
