Jobgether SRL is seeking a Business Development Representative for the West region in the United States. This fully remote role focuses on generating qualified pipeline, engaging multiple buyer personas, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to convert prospects into opportunities.

You will conduct discovery calls, research target accounts, and build personalized outreach sequences using Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Outreach to achieve monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in outbound technology sales or business development.
• Ability to generate qualified meetings and pipeline across a defined territory.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple buyer personas.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Identify new-logo and expansion opportunities within accounts.
