Jobgether SRL, partnering with a client, seeks a Vice President of Enterprise Sales for a fully remote leadership role based in the United States. Lead enterprise sales growth across the Southeast region, shape regional strategies, guide a high-performing team, and build senior-level relationships with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in senior sales roles with revenue targets met or exceeded.
• Experience as sales executive/manager in a technology environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual enterprise sales targets in the Southeast U.S. region.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead and develop the Southeast Enterprise Sales team with coaching and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with global sales teams to implement shared strategies and best practices.
• Manage sales budgeting, forecasting, and CRM adoption for visibility.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and drive opportunities for new business initiatives.
