Placements24 is hiring a remote Business Development Recruiter to drive growth from home. You will identify and approach potential clients, present our services, and close new business while coordinating with delivery teams.

The role requires proven BD/sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM tools. This is a fully remote, performance-driven position with uncapped commission potential.

Competenze

Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
Demonstrable success in lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-motivated, proactive and highly organized with ability to work remotely.

Identify and prospect potential new clients within target industries and markets.
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and secure meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand recruitment needs.
Present compelling proposals and negotiate service agreements.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Track activities, pipeline and performance metrics using CRM software.
