Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years in pharma/biotech or RFP and proposal writing/consulting preferred.
• Experience with RFP/proposal management systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposal content leveraging internal knowledge libraries and SMEs.
• Coordinate with BD and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information and submit deliverables on time.
• Review responses for completeness, accuracy, and client requirements.
• Conduct targeted research on client contacts, therapeutic areas, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Synthesize information into clear, client-focused deliverables.
• Manage multiple pursuits and projects with varying complexity and deadlines.
• Work independently with strong attention to detail and guidance as needed.
