Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Business Development Consultant to support sales operations by developing high-quality proposal content and managing responses. You will coordinate with BD and cross-functional teams to ensure timely submissions and competitive positioning.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biotech or RFP writing, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in pharma/biotech or related field.
• 3+ years in pharma/biotech or RFP/proposal writing/consulting preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharma, patient services, and business development for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develops high-quality proposal content leveraging internal knowledge libraries and SMEs.
• Coordinates with BD and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely submissions.
• Reviews responses for completeness, accuracy, and client requirements to support competitive proposals.
• Conducts targeted research on client contacts, therapeutics, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Manages multiple pursuits and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
