Job summary

We. is seeking a Business Development Senior Specialist to partner with BD team, qualify opportunities, and support RFPs/pitches across Consumer, Healthcare, Social Innovation, and Technology sectors.

You will help manage sales tracking tools and work with multiple teams to advance opportunities to closure. Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in communications, strong presentation and consulting abilities, and excellent English communications.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years communications industry experience required.
• Strong presentation and consulting skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities with the BD team against agency criteria.
• Support proactive pursuits by managing target lists and outreach.
• Provide strategic counsel to internal clients through the sales cycle.
• Manage prospects through all stages from qualification to RFP development and pitch creation.
• Coordinate with BD research, design teams and other resources as needed.
• Ensure accurate data in CRM for sales tracking and reporting.
• Suggest processes and materials to improve the BD infrastructure.
