Job summary

Plus Relocation in Minneapolis, MN or remote (US-based) is seeking a skilled proposal writer to own the RFX/proposal process from intake through submission. You will collaborate with the BD team, CRDs, SMEs, and others to craft compelling, brand-aligned content that speaks to each prospect’s needs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the global mobility industry.
• College degree in marketing or communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full RFX/proposal process from intake through submission, coordinating responses with the BD team, CRDs, and SMEs. Serve as the primary proposal writer for the organization.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal responses to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company messaging and each prospect’s specific requirements.
• Maintain a firm command of Plus’s brand standards and apply them consistently across all proposal and supporting materials.
• Create brand-compliant supporting materials, including handouts and documents (Word and Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint), to support proposals and BAFO presentations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight timelines; anticipate needs and stay ahead of the process.
• Track proposal metrics and report on performance, maintaining accurate records of outcomes and surfacing insights for future proposals.
• During lighter periods, contribute to other marketing content (website copy, blog posts, case studies).
