Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, staffing sales, recruiting, or another relationship-driven sales environment.
• Demonstrated success generating new business through outbound prospecting and direct outreach.
• Comfortable making 60+ outbound calls per day and initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Experience developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to manage both new business development and existing account relationships.
• Comfortable working within CRM and sales technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships through outbound prospecting and networking
• Identify organizations with hiring needs and present recruiting solutions
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreements
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships with service excellence
• Collaborate with recruiting team to communicate client needs and feedback
• Stay engaged through active searches to move hiring forward
• Maintain an active pipeline and document calls and opportunities in CRM
• Follow up with prospects to stay top of mind for hiring needs
• Participate in networking and industry events to create opportunities
