Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to define strategic goals, build dealer and end user relationships, and expand the Work Truck Group network. This outside sales role partners with an Inside Sales Manager to manage deals and grow revenue across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience, strong business sense, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
