Envy Consulting Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Texas and the Southern U.S., selling chemical solutions to high-growth industries. Based in Texas, you will travel to meet customers onsite in Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and surrounding markets, shaping strategic partnerships from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or sales in specialty chemicals or related industries.
• Proven success generating new business and closing complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to scientific and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across Texas and the Southern U.S.
• Develop relationships with R&D leaders, procurement teams, operations executives, and technical decision-makers.
• Meet clients onsite regularly to understand business needs and uncover growth opportunities.
• Sell end-to-end solutions including chemical development, process optimization, scale-up, and sourcing.
• Identify opportunities with companies launching new products or expanding production.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
