Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across our industrial valve portfolio. This remote role supports the PA/NJ region, aligned to EST time zone and focused on strategic market expansion and key account development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Outside Technical Sales.
• Proven record in territory growth and management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Pressure Relief Devices and Instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and penetrate new target markets and regions for the valve portfolio.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop strategic plans to capture new accounts and expand existing relations.
• Support EPC contractors and end‑users with technical solutions and AMLs.
• Lead tender and proposal processes for large capital projects.
