Fundshop is seeking a Business Development Manager to build their own pipeline across the United States. You will prospect independently by phone, email and LinkedIn, and develop referral partners who send you business consistently.

You will work remotely, manage your schedule, and guide business owners through our application and review process, leveraging relationships with bankers, CPAs and brokers to present financing options that fit client needs.

Qualifications

• Existing relationships in commercial banking or business lending preferred.
• Experience in business development, B2B sales or referral-partner development.
• Experience working directly with business owners.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships that generate business.
• Self-directed, organized, and disciplined with remote work.
• Strong CRM habits and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new business by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and grow referral relationships with bankers, brokers, CPAs, and consultants.
• Work directly with business owners to understand goals and guide them through application and review.
• Collaborate with internal team and funding partners to move opportunities forward.
• Keep referral partners updated and earn repeat referrals.
• Log opportunities, notes, and follow-ups in CRM and keep pipeline current.
• Share feedback from partners and clients with leadership.
