Job summary

Groundfloor Finance is expanding its Originations Team and seeks a high-performing Business Development Manager. You will drive customer acquisition, manage Retail and Broker originations, and build durable relationships with customers and partners.

Based in the United States with flexible remote-friendly policies, you will travel to conferences and meetings, train clients on products and underwriting guidelines, and strive to exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, real estate, lending, or finance experience.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Interest in real estate investing or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales calls with prospective customers and documents results in CRM.
• Serve as main resource for Groundfloor products, policies, and underwriting policies.
• Travel to conferences and industry events.
• Be the main contact during loan processes for customers and Groundfloor.
• Train customers on our products and processes.
• Close loans from leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Develop and execute plans to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline via CRM.
• Engage with local industry groups to grow network.
