Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Business Development Manager, Services to accelerate growth in its tracker services portfolio across the United States, with base in Fremont, CA, San Rafael, CA, Nashville, TN, or Remote. You will lead sales cycles from opportunity creation through contract execution, partnering cross‑functionally to bring new offerings to market and deliver measurable customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in a global company.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite; MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global growth strategies for Nextpower’s services portfolio.
• Drive and close new business opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
