Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the solar EPC, developer, and IPP markets from a U.S. remote home office.

You will translate customer needs into value propositions and help shape Array's offerings to better meet market demands. You will lead the annual sales plan, manage key relationships, and coordinate with product and sales teams to win opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably with an economically differentiated industrial product.
• Experience in solar, renewables or power generation equipment market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Array Technologies’ product and services to solar EPCs, developers and IPPs.
• Strengthen customer relationships by understanding business objectives and how Array can support them.
• Create and manage annual sales plan for Array's customers.
• Explain product differentiation and economic value proposition to customers and partners.
• Lead responses to RFQs and close sales.
• Collaborate with sales and product management to address complex customer requirements.
