Job summary

Nextpower LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager, Services, to drive global growth for our services portfolio. The role can be based in Fremont, CA, San Rafael, CA, Nashville, TN, or remote, with travel up to 10%.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with the global account management team to maximize revenue. A strong track record in B2B sales and excellent negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in a global company.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/Netsuite systems.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global growth strategies for Nextpower’s services portfolio and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers and translate customer challenges into service solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new service offerings, pricing models, and scalable processes.
