Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in sales, real estate, lending or finance.
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
• Interest in real estate investing, lending, or fintech.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Conducts sales calls to prospective customers, presenting Groundfloor and documenting outcomes.
• Be the main resource regarding Groundfloor products, policies, and underwriting policies.
• Travel to conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Be the main point of contact throughout the loan process.
• Train customers on Groundfloor's products and processes.
• Close loans from leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Manage a robust pipeline using the company's CRM.
• Engage with local industry organizations to expand the network.
