• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present, negotiate, and close deals.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time; valid driver’s license and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share in the assigned region.
• Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, contractors, builders, and end-users; ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market dynamics and provide data-driven insights to management for pricing and product development.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to improve product visibility and promotions; assist with inventory planning.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline with accurate forecasts using CRM.
