Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Jones Stephens division. This remote role covers Orlando, Kissimmee, Ocala, Jacksonville markets with territory-wide travel.

You will drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and builders, delivering product training, and identifying new business opportunities. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of field sales or business development in construction, familiarity with

Qualifications

3+ years of field sales or business development experience in construction-related industry.
Familiarity with building products, plumbing systems, HVAC or related technical goods.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact with varied stakeholders.
Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share in the assigned region.
Cultivate relationships with distributors, contractors, builders and end-users.
Provide product training and support to customers and internal teams.
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide forecasts using CRM.
Travel extensively within the territory to meet customers and drive opportunities.
