Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales or business development experience in construction-related industry preferred.
• Experience selling plumbing products, HVAC components, or related technical goods advised.
• Able to travel 50–75% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the region.
• Cultivate relationships with distributors, contractors, builders, and end-users.
• Provide product training and assist with marketing campaigns and inventory planning.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide forecasts using CRM tools.
