You will build strong relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and builders, develop strategic plans, deliver product training, and identify new business opportunities while managing key accounts. The role requires extensive travel (50–75%), remote-based coverage in Phoenix, Tucson, Tempe, Gilbert or surrounding Nevada/Los Angeles areas, and a focus on expanding market

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales or business development experience in construction-related industry.
• Familiar with selling building products, plumbing systems, HVAC components, or related goods.
• Strong understanding of contractor, builder, or trade customer dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to negotiate and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share in the assigned region.
• Build relationships with distributors, contractors, builders, and end-users; resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor market dynamics and provide insights to inform pricing, marketing, and product development.
• Collaborate with distribution partners on campaigns and inventory planning; strengthen partnerships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a robust CRM-based sales pipeline with forecasts.
