Ferguson is seeking a Manufacturer Rep / Own Brand Business Partner to drive growth across the Southwest region. Remote work is available with preferred hubs in Phoenix and Denver; travel up to 50% may be required to engage customers and support initiatives.

The role collaborates with sales, category management, marketing, and operations to deliver sustainable growth, develop category strategies, and enhance Own Brand adoption across Plumbing, Valves, Fittings, and related product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, category management, product management, or related commercial role.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data and developing insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional Own Brand growth strategies aligned with sales and profitability objectives.
• Partner with Regional leadership and sales teams to identify conversion opportunities.
• Drive market share growth through customer engagement and product conversion initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance and market opportunities to identify expansion areas.
• Lead sales blitzes, branch visits, customer meetings, product demonstrations and training.
• Coach sales associates on Own Brand value propositions and conversion strategies.
