• 3+ years of field sales or business development experience in construction.
• Experience selling building products, plumbing, HVAC or related goods.
• Strong negotiation and communication with tradespeople to executives.
• Willing to travel 50–75% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share within the assigned region.
• Cultivate relationships with distributors, contractors, builders and end-users; ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs; provide insights to management.
• Work with distribution partners to improve product visibility, availability and promotions; assist with inventory planning.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain CRM pipeline, provide accurate forecasts to management.
