You will develop strategic plans, deliver training, and identify new business opportunities across the assigned territory. The position requires 3+ years of field sales or business development experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales or business development experience in construction-related industry.
• Familiarity with selling building products, plumbing systems, HVAC components or related technical goods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within assigned territory; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share.

• Provide product training and co-develop marketing campaigns with partners.
