Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share in the assigned region.
• Cultivate relationships with distributors, contractors, builders, and end-users.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, margins, and KPIs while maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and accurate CRM forecasts.
