Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow market share across a regional territory and win multi-million-dollar contracts. You will own the full sales cycle from opportunity development through contracts, while partnering with a Business Development Associate to generate leads and schedule meetings.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, plus tools and events to help you win.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in outside B2B consultative sales or related sales roles.
• Proven track record of prospecting, building pipeline, winning new accounts, and closing business.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory, including some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline and own full sales cycle from first meeting to contract execution.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, events, and internal support.
• Win new business, exceed revenue goals, and expand market share in the territory.
• Develop customized security solutions and present executive-level recommendations.
