ProAg, a member of Tokio Marine HCC group, seeks a remote Business Development Manager in the eastern US, focusing on SD/IA. This role emphasizes strategic relationships with crop insurance agents and travel up to 70% to develop profitable growth across the region.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to tailor solutions and expand current and new producer relationships, with a focus on long-term profitability and culture fit.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Six years of relevant and progressive sales experience.
• Crop insurance experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidentiality, tact, diplomacy.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with prospective crop insurance agents in SD or IA and recruit them to ProAg.
• Work with appointed agents to place more of their business with ProAg.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify agents fitting culture, profitability, and geography.
• Travel extensively to meet sales goals and grow the business.
• Drive profitable growth through sales efforts and agent-focused marketing initiatives.
