Job summary

ProAg, a member of Tokio Marine HCC, is seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager in Iowa. This role is an individual contributor position that focuses on developing strategic relationships with producers of profitable business within Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.

The role is remote with up to 75% travel, serving as the primary contact for agent accounts and driving growth. You will stay informed on crop insurance trends and ProAg programs to support agents and policyholders.

Qualifications

• At least two years of sales experience, preferably in crop insurance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to travel up to 75% outside normal location.
• Ability to work independently and build trust with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic territory plan by meeting prospective agents and driving business through agency visits, events, and outreach.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for Iowa and grow relationships with current and prospective agents.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned agent accounts to grow their business.
