Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand sales pipelines and deliver high-value solutions to aerospace and defense customers. This role partners with the sales team and engineering to translate customer needs into compelling proposals and long-term agreements.

Remote position; candidates must be located on the East Coast or near our Grand Rapids, MI facility and should be willing to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in the electronics industry.
• Experience in Military and Aerospace industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• 50% Travel

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with the Amphenol Sales team to generate leads.
• Market products and capabilities to diversify customer base.
• Research defense and aerospace market conditions for opportunities.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing plans and key account strategies.
• Deliver proposals and communicate Amphenol's value-add capabilities.
• Negotiate long-term agreements with key customers.
• Work with Engineering to drive new product capabilities.
• Review pricing submissions for accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Develop bookings and sales forecasts.
• Visit customers regularly to ensure high-level support.
