Kenswick Recruiting is a remote-first company based in Albany, New York. The Business Development Executive starts relationships with owners and leaders, identifies growth blockers, and demonstrates how our team can help drive client success.

You will work full-time and remotely, with a base salary of $82,000 to $105,000 per year, plus health, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k). Hours are set within a weekday schedule as most meetings occur during business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven ability to build relationships with owners and senior decision makers.
• Clear, persuasive writing and strong presentation skills.
• Organized pipeline habits with steady follow-through.
• Comfort with CRM software and video meetings.
• Must have a quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Identify growing companies across sales, finance, tech, and professional services.
• Reach out to owners and leaders by phone, email, and LinkedIn to set first meetings.
• Lead discovery conversations about goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare proposals and walk decision makers through them.
• Hand each new account to our client team with a complete brief.
• Stay in touch after launch and find the next way to help.
• Keep pipeline activity and meeting notes current in our CRM.
