Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident per federal contract requirements.
• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common data/reporting tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: understand needs, document requirements, translate to functional specs.
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Data Analysis: analyze data for actionable insights and reports.
• Collaboration with IT and Development Teams: ensure requirements reflected in system enhancements.
• Project Management Support: assist planning, scheduling, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
• Documentation: create business cases, use cases, workflow diagrams.
• Testing and Validation: assist in user acceptance testing.
