Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident per federal contract requirements.
• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis and business process improvement techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% in Puerto Rico as requested.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze business data to provide actionable insights, trends, and reports.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are reflected in system enhancements.
• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing timelines and deliverables.
• Support coordination between government partners and stakeholders to align activities with requirements.
• Create detailed documentation including business cases, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and provide ongoing support.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to improve processes.
