Job summary

ICF is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Puerto Rico, with a remote work setup and occasional travel across the island. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a BA role, strong data analysis skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Travel may be required; relocation assistance is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency per federal contract.
• 2+ years in a business analyst role or related field.
• 2+ years of data analysis and process improvement experience.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
• Ability to travel up to 15% within Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional specs.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement solutions.
• Analyze business data for actionable insights and trends.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to reflect requirements in systems.
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment with program requirements.
• Create documentation including use cases and workflow diagrams.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and post-implementation support.
