Job summary

ICF is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The role supports analyzing business processes, gathering data, and delivering solutions with cross-functional teams, across geospatial analytics and infrastructure domains.

The position allows 100% remote work anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for Puerto Rico residents due to in-person meetings at Guaynabo. Travel to Puerto Rico up to 15% may be required; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a business analyst role or related field.
• 2+ years of data analysis and process improvement experience.
• English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data/reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and relocation not required.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering with stakeholders and documenting functional specs.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and trends.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement solutions.
• Support project management activities and timelines.
• Coordinate with government partners and stakeholders as needed.
• Create detailed business documentation including use cases.
• Support user acceptance testing and post-implementation support.
