Job summary

ICF International is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The role supports remote work across the United States, with a preference for Puerto Rico-based candidates and occasional travel to PR offices and client sites (up to 15%).

The BA will collect requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven solutions in collaboration with IT and business units. Strong communication in English and Spanish is essential, along with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency per federal contract requirements.
• 2+ years in a business analyst role or related field.
• 2+ years of data analysis and business process improvement techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and data/reporting tools.
• Willing to travel up to 15% and relocate to PR if needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into specifications.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to reflect requirements in systems.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and milestones.
• Coordinate with government partners and stakeholders.
• Create documentation including business cases, use cases, and workflows.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and post-implementation support.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
