Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced BuildOps Dispatch Coordinator to optimize field technician scheduling for HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing services in a fully remote role. You will coordinate emergency calls, preventive maintenance, and customer communications, while monitoring routes and keeping accurate dispatch logs to ensure timely service delivery 24/7.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BuildOps expertise.
• Experience dispatching HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing technicians.
• Able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 service environment.
• Strong scheduling, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Calm under pressure during emergency dispatch situations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule field technicians using BuildOps.
• Coordinate emergency service calls and preventive maintenance appointments.
• Monitor technician routes, job status, and completion times.
• Update work orders, service notes, and customer records within BuildOps.
• Communicate with customers regarding technician ETA, scheduling, and service updates.
• Coordinate closely with field technicians to ensure efficient job execution.
• Prioritize urgent service requests while optimizing technician schedules.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and ensure timely follow-up on open work orders.
