Ladders is seeking a Sales Specialist for Building & Construction Products to join a leader in the Business Services space. This role drives territory sales across building and construction applications with a strong focus on growing end-user demand and supporting channel execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with three years of account and channel management experience in commercial construction
• Current, valid driver's license
• Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling
• Proven ability to develop and manage key end-user accounts
• Competence in product demonstrations and cross-functional teamwork

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas within your assigned territory
• Collaborate with local channel teams to implement growth strategies
• Develop end-user customers and application processes for building protection portfolios
