Job summary

LP Building Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across designated markets. You will lead a regional sales team, develop talent, and ensure tight alignment with Field Sales and marketing efforts to meet revenue targets.

You will train customers and field personnel on LP siding products and applications, while maintaining certifications and delivering consistent technical messaging across markets.

Qualifications

• Education/degree in building science, basic sciences, architecture or related fields.
• Adequate combination of experience and training demonstrating ability to perform key responsibilities.
• 5 years of experience in construction, building science, or building products industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue growth target for the region(s).
• Lead direct reports and develop talent for future career growth.
• Ensure strong, productive relationships and complete integration with Field Sales to align with regional/market sales goals.
• Participate in alignment with strategic sales goals for designated regions/markets through technical services to customers, builders, contractors, distributors, dealers, specifiers and third-party officials.
• Raise the level of installation quality and brand reputation by delivering value-added training to customers, builders and municipalities.
