Qualifications

• Five to seven years plus controls sales/operations experience with HVAC systems and BAS/BMS.
• Must be able to work on US restricted projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales development for Metasys BAS solutions across North America.
• Develop cost estimates, bill of materials, and scope for projects.
• Coordinate pre-bid and pre-book estimate reviews with sales and operations teams.
• Provide technical sales support and ensure alignment of technical value proposition.
• Interact with subcontractors and vendors to secure quotes and manage risk.
