Qualifications

• 5–7 years in controls sales, engineering, estimating, or operations for HVAC and BAS.
• Experience with ATC/BMS and U.S. restricted projects.
• Ability to coordinate with distributed teams across U.S. markets.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales engineering and estimation for HVAC controls and BAS.
• Develop scopes, schematics, material lists, and cost estimates.
• Support qualification and prioritization for sales with technical input.
• Coordinate pre‑bid reviews and manage project cost data.
• Prepare RFIs and RFPs, review bids, and evaluate proposals.
• Identify gaps in specifications and propose solutions.
• Communicate technical value to Sales and Operations.
• Collaborate with OpenBlue Digital team on analytics solutions.
• Assess risks and advise mitigation strategies.
• Ensure thorough technical handover to Project Managers.
• Promote QA/QC and engineering best practices.
