Job summary

Wayflyer is seeking a Broker Channel Lead to scale our broker network across the US. You will turn referrals into funded deals and help shape a fast‑growing growth engine. This role emphasizes builder mentality and enterprise‑level relationship management.

You will grow and manage our broker panel, train brokers, and build lasting relationships while reviewing referrals and the financials to spot key indicators. Remote US work is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business lending, ideally in fintech.
• At least 2 years working directly with commercial finance brokers.
• Experience analysing business financials at working level.
• HubSpot experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage broker panel, bringing on new brokers and training them.
• Build real relationships with brokers to generate referrals.
• Review referrals and assess indicators from business financials.
• Own portfolio end to end, converting referrals to funded deals.
• Represent Wayflyer at industry events and broker networks.
