Wayflyer is seeking a results-driven broker relations professional to grow and manage our broker panel, on-board new brokers, and train them to deeply understand and sell our products.

You will build real, long-term relationships with brokers, ensuring you’re the go-to contact when opportunities arise and you can move deals forward quickly. Equity and strong parental leave are offered for a career with impact.

• Commercially sharp, comfortable with numbers, and curious about the businesses behind the applications.
• You chase it down, sense-check it, and move.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage our broker panel, bringing on new brokers and training them to properly understand and sell our products.
• Build real relationships with existing brokers, the kind that make them think of you first when a deal comes up.
• Review referrals and provide sense checks and indicative offers, reading business financials well enough to spot what matters.
