Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to work 12-hour shifts and in remote camp housing.
• Pass pre-employment testing and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and coordinate activities within a food service area.
• Prepare and cook various foods and beverages as needed.
• Stock and maintain food service areas and equipment.
• Clean dishes, utensils, and storage areas; ensure sanitation.
• Notify supervisor of safety or sanitation issues.
• Perform additional duties typical of kitchen/camp support.
