You will help shape Humana's brand strategy across the enterprise, translating customer, market, and business insights into actionable brand experiences across campaigns, communications, and customer journeys. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand priorities are applied across touchpoints while supporting strategic planning, activation, governance, and enablement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of brand marketing, brand management, or related experience.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns or brand activations.
• Understanding of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and governance.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
